On his 101st day in captivity in Mexico, Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi will finally get his day in court Wednesday before a federal judge in Tijuana.
Because of delays prompted by both Mexico's unpredictable legal system and Tahmooressi's trouble settling on a lawyer, the hearing will be the first time a judge gets to hear directly from the 26-year-old veteran of two tours in Afghanistan. Although his new lawyer is urging caution, Tahmooressi's mother said the family hopes federal Judge Victor Octavio Luna Escobedo will free him.
"Andrew expressed his hope to be released on Wednesday as the judge will hear his statement and conclude non-intentional approach of the U.S.A.- Mexico border," Jill Tahmooressi said.

That is an absolute lie as Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi said that he drove drove out of the USA and into Mexico by mistake.
Just a simple mistake and he Mexicans think they can jail and prosecute an American citizen.

That’s right. Problem is, Obama has created such a mess that all of them can’t address all of the messes all at once. Obama is overwhelming everything.
I wonder how much $$$$ a U.S. citizen boycott of Mexican goods has cost Mexico so far? There’s lots of Mexican fruits and vegetables not being sold out there.
I doubt this Marine has traficked more guns than Holder and Obama (F&F).. Besides, if that were true wouldn’t the Obama regime remind us of that by now?
Based on what info? Did he give a source? If he'd trafficked guns before, he would have been detained before? He has those records, or what?

I think America should be asking how thousands - maybe hundreds of thousands - of Central American kids could make it all the way through Mexico without being caught and put in jail like this guy. The hypocrisy is absolutely stunning.
The measure they give should be the measure they get. Those kids coming across our border? Throw every one of them in jail - no discretion - and hold them there for 100 days before they get a chance to explain themselves. Tell them they committed an act of war by being here after knowing they were here illegally.
