the suspect then drove the car in circles for 40 minutes [snip] the vehicle slowed down to around 5 miles per hour and the suspect climbed out and "surfed" on the car's roof ... the man was yelling bible verses at officers, making faces and even flashed peace signs. [snip] The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Aaron S. Jansen of Dover, New Hampshire, [snip] was wearing a cowboy hat, boots and a woman's dress. Sounds like a lumberjack. !
