Giving Obama $3.7 Billion to fix the border problem he created would be the same as giving Hitler the same to fix the concentration camp problem. Neither one see each issue as a problem for themselves.
Let Obama take the $3.7 billion out of the SNAP budget. Make him pay very dearly for those new Democrat voters.
