You could drive down to League City, just South of the NASA JSC center, and pull up to where all the city offices are off Hwy 3, and you used to see mobs of “day workers”, congregating right across the street from the police station, waiting for someone to come along and give them a project...
And no one every thought, or even dared to go over, to inquire to those peoples immigration status...
But that would be racists, and profiling, and open the city up for idiotic lawsuits on the illegals behalf...
