Thousands of pro-Palestinian demonstrators turned out on the streets of London, Paris, and Oslo on Friday to call for an end to Israeli military strikes on Gaza.

Several thousand people crowded the streets outside the Israeli Embassy in west London, waving placards that read "Gaza: End the Siege" and "Freedom for Palestine." The crowds blocked an entire road, and several protesters managed to climb on top of a double-decker bus stuck in traffic, but police said the protest was largely peaceful.

Norwegian news website The Local reported that some 3,000 protestors gathered in front of the Norwegian parliament in Oslo calling for the end of violence in the region. The event was organized by the Palestine Committee of Norway and other organizations.

These folks don’t understand that Israel is no longer restrained from protecting themselves. The Police (the US and UN) are clearly unresponsive and Israel will act for her survival.

The rules are different now. Hamas is the islamic world’s Canary in the coal mine. It will probably not be a good year for them.

Okay, so is the the fifth or sixth aggressive war the Arabs have launched against Israel?

Oddly enough, the problem here is not the Arabs. It is the unwillingness of the Israelis to say “Enough!”, and push the Gaza Paleos into Egypt, and the West Bank Paleos into Jordan.

Certainly, for a few years there would be great upset internationally. But then, surprising most, things would settle down. The region would again become calm, and fall from the headlines. Israel would finally know extended peace.

If the Paleos insisted on their own country, no problem. The British and French created their own country, called Jordan, expressly as a homeland for the Paleos.

And wracked with guilt, as Israelis tend to revel in, after the Paleos were out, they could pay each Paleo family a large chunk of money. There are about 1.82 million Paleos in Gaza. For just $5 billion, they could give each and every one of them, every man, woman and child, $2,775 to make a new life for themselves in Egypt. So a family of four would get $11,000.

That would be 78,684 Egyptian Pounds. The average annual pay in Egypt is 8,423 EGP. This would mean the equivalent of NINE YEARS of annual pay, all at once, to each Paleo family.

Just to leave the Gaza Strip forever and live in Egypt.

And just 2.75 million Paleos live in the West Bank, so a similar deal there. And Jordan is better off, economically. So you figure that Israel could shell out say $10 billion to pay off the Paleos who were kicked out of the West Bank forever.

$15 billion for peace. A very fair price. Especially considering that Israel’s annual GDP is about $275 billion.

And there would be peace. No more a continual bombardment and threat of war. For anyone. Wouldn’t that be worth it?

Would these "protesters" be natives or muzzie infiltrators? Coming soon to the US.

I honestly believe the end is in sight for the nation of Israel and the Time of Jacob’s Trouble will soon be upon her (and on the rest of us as well). Yesterday I read an article by Dr. Mordechai Kedar entitled “Land Invasion: Beware the Trap Laid by Hamas.” (http://www.israelnationalnews.com/Articles/Article.aspx/15303) A very well thought out battle plan. He closes, however, with a most depressing, yet realistic, paragraph, “Gaza is not alone, and an oath of loyalty to an Islamic state is being heard in Lebanon, Sinai and Libya, while three weeks ago we saw demonstrations in support of an Islamic state in Jordan. In my opinion, it is only a matter of time until we hear and perhaps see similar occurrences in Judea and Samaria – and even within pre 1967 Israel.” As we see the new Caliphate rising, it’s easy to imagine that in a few short years the squeeze that is pressing on the nation will reach intolerable pressure. Panic, anger and desperation will seize a majority percentage of the population. Regardless the government of that time, a “compromise” will be brokered. If, as some prophecy scholars predict, Iran, Turkey or the combined nations of the new Caliphate, attacks Saudi Arabia - especially if nukes are used - Israel will feel she has NO choice. Surrounded by her enemies and with no allies to help her, she will sign the covenant with death. This will be the beginning of the end for the nation and I believe human history as we know it. The specifics are still vague but the general shape of things appears to be unfolding. Earnest prayers for this nation.

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!”
