The Taliban, Sinaloa, al Qaeda etc. are simply soldiers for powerfull national leaders and the bankers that enable them. So when you say “Taliban are in control”, you are likely referring to Qatar or the UAE. They have supported these bad boys, but call in the US troops when they get out of hand.
