It is greener than driving a motor vehicle, you know../s
Too many greenie-weenies drive cars and fly in airplanes. They really do need to stop.
So the most skeptical option they allowed was “too far away to think about”?? Nice. Where was “Fascist propaganda invented by Marxist scammers for their own benefit, people too scientifically illiterate and too stupid in general to recognize a problem if there really were one”?
And all that stuff is inside this...
Thanks SoFloFreeper. But we all knew that. It’s not so much hypocrisy, it’s lying. Liberals are liars. They like to direct positive attention to themselves, and negative attention to the closest handy scapegoat.
Typical greenie. I’ve upped my usage, up yours.
Routinely he would fall asleep with every TV and light fixture on in the house, with the tube amp playing music all night long...
The topper though was how he would open up the doors to the sunporch during the summer and crank up the central air to cool down a screened in solarium type porch with leaky jalousy windows...
Whenever he would go away for vactions or weekends... I could compare power consumption to his versus my ordinary use... (I had installed "The Energy Detective" instantaneous power meters).
By simply ventilating the house at night, then sealing up all the windows in the morning, and not using the central air, not leaving lights on, and not taking Hollywood showers... the total difference between when he was there and when it was only me in dollars spent on energy (oil and electric power) worked out to be about 2/3 of the cost when he was home... a $425.00 power bill was "routine".
But hey, he had CFLs in every fixture of the house.... which caused my best lady friend to have a photosensitive reaction that was sort of like a seizure. That was awful.
Sometimes I am pretty glad I don't live there anymore.
