Without the War On Poverty there would be no significant moocher demographic.
Without the big moocher demographic there would be no Obama.
Without the War On Poverty Obama would still be getting rich by stealing grant money from the black community back in Chicago.
I agree with your thesis. So, where do we go from here? Is the country finished if more and more dependents are created every year?
