Among the many tragic stories from the crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 is the deaths of 68-year-old Nick Norris and his three young grandchildren.

Norris was on the flight with 12-year-old Mo, 10-year-old Evie, and 8-year-old Otis Maslin, accompanying them back to their home in West Australia after a family vacation in Amsterdam. The siblings’ parents, Rin Norris and Anthony Maslin, planned to stay in Amsterdam for a few days, while the children had to return to school.

I do not see how any parent could recover from this appalling tragedy. Prayers for them.

So heartbreaking. Beautiful children. The parents will never recover. I am praying for them and all of the families affected by this.

Terrible things do happen in this world, but I am blaming this and so much of the other human misery we are experiencing and witnessing today on Obama and so many other Americans. The many other Americans? They are the many morons who voted for this enemy of the country who has set up these conditions for chaos everywhere. As we see more of this going on, it will be clear that he is, indeed, an enemy of the entire civilized world.

Terrible story. It was such a diverse group of people - AIDS researchers from several different countries, families and vacation travelers from several different countries - all of whom were living their lives and traveling to do something. And then destroyed by the chaos that Obama has unleashed upon the world by withdrawing the US from the international sphere and making us the toothless tiger of the imaginary red lines, and one, furthermore, which only gives moral and financial support to the most leftist or Islamist element in any country.

I don’t think the plane was shot down intentionally, but there’s been a hot war going on there for several months now, and the fact that the US has retreated means also that Putin has neither the pressure or the support to intervene. So we have one part of the world after another that are becoming no-go zones.

Obama has really destabilized the entire world, and decent people are paying for it.

The photo of Mo wearing his fathers or grandfathers service medal at the parade broke my heart.

So very sad, the kids were going back home to start school, while the parents decided to spend a few more days on holiday.

The area should have been a no-fly zone. If this is how incompetent modern aviation is, I may consider not flying anymore.
