---- the seemingly senseless plague of young black males with firearms who have taken the law into their own hands in some areas.

--that has to be as dumb a statement as I have ever seen from Kane----"taken the law into their own hands"--??

It's a symptom of a larger disease and as many public health experts have argued in recent months, each case is a separate event that needs to be examined and scrutinized before making general assumptions.

What elephant in the middle of the room? Mustn't see, mustn't see....

“He realized his experience was a microcosm of the epidemic of crime and guns in inner city America,...”

The problem is Black males...the end.

I’m not so sure it’s all that dumb.

In some of these areas, the gangs are the law, or what there is of law.

I always know what I’m going to get from one of Eugene’s columns but it’s not often he’s off the rails in the first sentence. “Gun violence” - no such thing, inanimate objects cannot initiate any action. His editor, if such a person even exists, ought to have his journalism degree revoked.

Just a guess, but I'll bet Claude Motley and family knowingly or unknowingly brought some Milwaukee's disease with them when they moved to Charlotte.

That's the trouble with the progressive disease, it spreads itself just like any other plague does from host to host. It has to, since it kills the host by infecting it, just like Claude Motley described first hand.

Those who escape the dying host city they formerly lived in, bring it with them and infect their new city with their politics, making it the new host for the parasitic progressive disease to feed upon.

"Motley felt fortunate that he survived a possible crime that could have ended up with him dead on the sidewalk.

I talked to a cop about this... he said the knock out game folks know exactly how far they can beat a man without killing him. Murder's a prison sentence.

Brain damage and a life of pain - for the victim - and the monsters are back on the street within weeks.

These people are vile - but they're not stupid.

For his part, Motley has been mulling over the attempted robbery or carjacking in his head, questioning whether he reacted properly or put himself in needless danger by fleeing.

Yup. He reacted properly. Likely something much worse was going to happen to him. At least he gave himself a chance by fleeing.

He's also questioning exactly what happened to the city where he grew up.

Simple. First, the moral center of the people collapsed and they demanded free sh!t so they voted for it. Then the Progressives took over, gave it to them, and ran the joint into the ground. Then the ferals came along to scavenge over the leftovers. No conscience, no problem.

What is it about this Mr. Motley finds so hard to understand? It's happening all over America.
