Germany, the United Kingdom and France have called on President Vladimir Putin to affect pro-Russian terrorists, that they provide full access to international experts to the crash of the Boeing 777 airlines Malaysia Airlines in Donetsk region. It said in a joint statement, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, British Prime Minister David Cameron and French President Francois Hollande of the telephone communication.
"If Russia does not immediately take the necessary measures, the European Union would determine the consequences of such action at the Council of Foreign Ministers, which will take place on Tuesday," the statement said.
