Obama Touts America's Strong Economy
Breitbart TV ^ | July 19,2014

Posted on 07/20/2014 12:20:10 PM PDT by Hojczyk

On Saturday, President Obama used his weekly address to highlight recent positive economic indicators as an argument for raising the minimum wage and increasing spending on roads, infrastructure, and job training.

The president said, "Over the past 52 months, our businesses have created nearly 10 million new jobs. The unemployment rate has fallen to its lowest point since 2008." He added, "In fact, for the first time in over a decade, business leaders worldwide have declared that China is no longer the world’s best place to invest – America is."

"Our economy grows best not from the top-down, but from the middle-out. We do better when the middle class does better," he continued. "So we have to make sure that we’re not just creating more jobs, but raising middle-class wages and incomes. We have to make sure our economy works for every works for every American."

He said, “We should fight for fair pay and paid family leave,” adding we need to “reform our job training system into a job-driven training system.”

The president also threw in a pitch for immigration reform, saying, “We should pass commonsense immigration reform that strengthens our borders and our businesses, and includes a chance for long-time residents to earn their citizenship.”

In other words, the economic growth Obama is touting is more government funny money funded projects providing a quick, artificial sugar high to the 13 states economies. In order to provide a bigger sugar high, Obama just sent a little more sugar to make the buzz a little higher

People needing food stamps to eat are NOT in the middle class. (and are more than happy to vote for Democrats)

Thanks for reminding me of that. I didn’t even think of it that way. Neither did other casual viewers. Barry wins again.

To say he is out-of-touch is a gross understatement.

More babbling from Fantasyland

Yes.

The question now, “How far will the libtards/Progressive/media sycophants go, to continue to protect and promote this empty suit”?

Do they trash the big “zero” now so they can make way for their next messiah ?

They know he’s a fraud, they’ve always known. It wasn’t important as long as they could keep their base, the media in line. They are losing their base and are beginning to lose the media. So, do they double down on 0bama and insist on continuing this obviously false narrative or shift gears to another candidate?

The question these “Progressive”, “Communist” handlers must decide is if they can count on enough people to remain self-absorbed, detached and clueless to the transformational events before they realize them.

You and I know he’s lying big time. Wish I had the resources to go through his babbling, line by line and post a link to the refutation of same.

He is the best example yet of the slogan, "Don't Do Drugs". See what they did to him.

This guy is operating with half a deck if he can see what is happening to America's employment and say that. And how do we know he isn't still getting high in the good ol' Oval office every day? That is, when he bothers to check into the Oval office at all.

Brain fried by drugs 'tard. Perfidious buffoon. That about sums him up.

Over the past 52 months, our businesses have created nearly 10 million new jobs.

Of which 8 million are part-time jobs.

Take away Federal Reserve stimulus and then let’s see how strong the economy is.

The reality of our economy is dangerous. Our rating has gone down because
of the choices made by this Administration and the propping up of markets at 80B per month.

If the GOP wins both houses Obama will ensure a crash. Yes, he is a childish boyking.

I guess he is asking golf course operators, when he plays golf. If he stop playing golf, he might see the unemployed.

We should pass commonsense immigration reform that strengthens our borders and our businesses, and includes a chance for long-time residents to earn their citizenship.

FDR had the New Deal. JFK had the New Frontier. LBJs was the Great Society.

Obama's is the Taco/Burrito/Belches 'n' Gas.

Rise up, People of America. Laugh this incompetent jackass and his corrupt prostitutes 'n' whiskey Secret Service out of the United States of America.

> Never has USA had so many unemployed people. Never.

I see evidence and reports of this everywhere.

So many layoffs it requires pages to list them all:

http://www.dailyjobcuts.com/

My income has been slashed drastically as well as many of my friends. Most small business owners I know have either had to close shop or are barely getting by. This is all by design IMO.. I think its evident 0 was educated and trained to decimate the U.S. and the proper PC atmosphere created to put him in office where he couldn’t be removed. Now we have this cancer that a smaller percentage of the people don’t want removed because they have been brainwashed to think he has their back and want to double down on stupidity by denying the reality of our current situation.
