I had bookmarked a YT video of the Rep. that was on that ill-fated KAL-007 flight this past weekend.
It does not surprise me. The “new” Russia is the same as the “old” Russia.

I wish it was true. Modern Russia is a lot worse: they stopped pretending to have a world-saving mission, now it's just a plain old Mordor, pure evil in hearts and minds.
