A Monroe County judge yesterday said a Key West couple can't marry despite his ruling that Florida's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional. Chief Judge Luis Garcia said in an appeal by the state of Florida, "The automatic stay, currently in place, shall remain in place until completion of appellate proceedings or until further order of this Court."

There was just a "rally" at the Monroe county courthouse in support of homosexuality...one of the lcal Miami stations was there....
I suppose if TRUE marriage supporters were to hold a rally, the local news would give the same sympathetic coverage.

I’m confused. For years now, all I’ve heard from the Left is that marriage is an outdated concept. Love is all that matters and all you need do is shack up and share your love without sanction from church or state. Just feel the love. Now the tune has changed and marriage is the only way to consummate the love between these two homosexual human beings. Oh! the humanity. Could it be that the Left has discovered that the government subsidizes marriage and what this couple really wants to do is to cash in on the free stuff?

Man, I can’t wait until people can marry trees and cars....
I love my car. I pay for its upkeep. Can I marry my car and get an extra deduction for another dependent ? In this case the exhaust pipes will remain inviolate.
