Plano Police say a male shopper happened to see 44-year old Fermin Morales-Gonzalez taking pictures up the skirts and dresses of unsuspecting women. Reports say the man told the store management and then flagged down a Plano Police officer who was driving by.

It was. You must have missed the article on Toyoto’s headquarter planne move to Plano from California and whether the transgenders that currently work in California are going to fit in after the move.
He likes to put women on a pedestal......high enough to see up their dress.
Give him a fair trial.
If acquitted, he gets thrown across the border.
if convicted, he gets gelded and then thrown across the border.
Just breaking the laws that Americans aren’t breaking enough of.
A bit immature for sure but if he doesn't get their faces its a pretty harmless prank.
