California and Florida lead the way for state and federal healthcare sign-up markets. The former is bursting at the seams with illegals and the latter is 'God's waiting room.' Not exactly the healthy critical mass needed to fund the thing. But hey it's all academic now as the courts continue to nuke this Godzilla of a law.

Last I heard, healthcare.gov has no security protection and no way to detect fictitious entries.
There was a lot of news about this earlier in the year with various heavyweights from the private cybersecurity community weighing in on how unprotected healthcare.gov is. Then the news dried up. Heard nothing, either way, since.

I would bet that 3 Million out of the last 4 Million “signed up” were fake people meant to pump up the numbers. That is one of the reasons why they are having so many problems “reconciling/verifying the information”. Another couple of Million or so are illegals signing up. That is why all of the child social security numbers keep showing up.
