There are about 200 countries on planet Earth —Honduras has by far the highest per capita murder rate —much, much higher than Mexico— yet HONDURAS is the biggest contributor to this meticulously planned “crisis”.

By city, hmm…that one is a doozy, but I’d say Caracas is right up there with Tegucigalpa, yup.
By country, anyway, wiki’s 2012 data puts Vene’s murder rate per 100k citizens at 50 and that of Honduras at a sliver over 90.
But a city comparison would be interesting.
