Twitter, as far as I can see, is a swamp of moronic babbling.

Twitter, as far as I can see, is a swamp of moronic babbling. By self consumed kids ( or adults acting like kids)who think what they have to say or what they comment on is actually important.

Sometimes a jackwagon meets a bigger jackwagon. Its the way of the Tao.Excellent comment. Stealing it, pretending it's mine. The Tao gets around.

Let me add: I fly Southwest a lot, although I’m not A-List. When I’m traveling with my wife, we’re always separated. With regard to traveling with minor children and others requiring assistance, these people board immediately after A-List and prior to people like me. They should not have a problem finding adjacent seats. Minimizing the time and expense in the boarding process is part of Southwest’s business model. It helps keep cost and ticket prices down.
To: RIghtwardHo
SW has the best prices and they’ve always treated me fine.

"Priority boarding" = "get to sit in a cramped, rock-hard torture device seat longer than anyone else."
Kind of like "winning" an auction.

Southwest is a joke. Stopped flying them years ago.

So really what you are telling us is that your opinion of SW is based on extremely dated information and should not be used to judge who they are today.
Thanks.

“Can I ask a stupid question? How did SW Airlines people find his Twitter feed right then when he was still at the airport? “
That’s what I’m curious to know as well.
To believe Duff Watson’s story we have to assume that the SW Airlines staff knew what his twitter handle is and that they had enough free time to go surfing for his comments.
If the article had included his twitter address we could at least look to see if the comment is actually there.

I know. Trust me I know. But as a white person what can you do? The deck is stacked. If you say anything at all to them they lie and say you called them a name. I just try to avoid them.
I moved to a place where they are only 2% of the population. Most of them are on the eastern end of the state. The few out here are either just normal or foreign born. None of that thug life crap going on.

Better to keep ones thoughts to themselves and appear to be stupid than to Tweet and remove all doubt.

Whether the man was right or wrong, it was his right to tweet the message.
There was no threat, real or implied in the message.
No one has the right to tell him to delete anything.
Kimberly was on a power trip, and needs to grow a thicker skin if you are in customer service.
Having not flown in 11 years, I can see why I do not miss it.

No doubt Katy Perry could have used that famous advice. She's far from alone in that area.

I’m thinking they have somebody whose job it is (in real time) to look at tweets that have hashtags mentioning SW.

Sounds like the passenger AND the agent are both on the “A-List”.

Katy made $40 mil last year and is an Obama supporter.
By MSM definition she’s a genius.

Please note when traveling this holiday season, reserved boarding privileges are only provided for A-List and A-List Preferred Members. If an A-List or A-List Preferred Member is traveling on a multiple-Passenger reservation, reserved boarding privileges will not be provided for non-A-List Members in the same reservation. This includes family and friends traveling on the same itinerary or traveling with the Tier status holder.People who are so petty as to berate an employee who is merely following orders are among my least favorite jerks. It's often people who claim some sort of privilege. I bet this a-hole was kicking up quite a ruckus, too.

Haven’t flown since 2006. I have about 40 years left of life and will never fly again. I have no desire to see anything I cannot drive to. I like being a close to my property person. Home and family that’s my pleasures.
