Guatemalan President Otto Perez Molina, speaking Thursday in Washington, said he hadn't heard about the plan but expected it to come up Friday. He said the three Central American nations have sought to pursue a unified approach. 'We expect that the solution to this problem also is equal for the three countries,' he said.
The United Nations has been pushing the U.S. to treat children arriving at the southern border from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador as refugees displaced by armed conflict. The trio of nations has become one of the most violent regions in the world in recent years, with swathes of all three countries under the control of drug traffickers and street gangs who rob, rape and extort ordinary citizens with impunity.

My suggestion...since he’s going to do this one way or another...fine, we should all get dual Honduras-US citizenship as part of the deal, they get to vote in our election...we get to vote in their election...and relocate the Packers to Honduras as part of the deal.

So, the ones who DO qualify are given a map and a gallon of water to start their dangerous trek to the U.S.?
Not on your life, they would be flown or bussed directly into our country and bypassing all borders.
So instead of trying to shut off the flow of illegals, the Regime is constructing a freaking aqueduct to flood them into this country. Great. Just great.

Unless they are being deliberately and individually targeted by the government (something I would strongly doubt for children) they should not be considered refugees.
