Hamas fighters in the Gaza Strip are weakening and losing morale “in all parameters,” the commander of IDF forces in southern Israel said Friday, but added that the troops on the ground needed more time to completely root out terror tunnels burrowing into Israel.

I think Israel is more po'd than for the usual "mowing the grass" operation. And, I think it's because of recent revelations that the tunnels were designed for a large, in-force, multi-point murder incursion during Rosh Hashonah.

I hope they follow every tunnel to every entrance and exit, and blow up anything that connects--houses, hospitals, schools, and especially mosques (a/k/a armories).

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s stated objectives have been to find and destroy all those attack tunnels and to severely degrade the capacity and capability of Hamas to fire missiles into Israel, and to - thus - create quiet for Israel.

The IDF said that Hamas still has about 4,000 missiles left, so Israel has a little work ahead of them ... :-) ...
