A 12 hour cease fire advantages Israel, too.

Israel can recalibrate at will while Hamas can get their body parts out of the street.

“I wonder what happens after that 12 hours. Shock And Awe I hope.”

That is my guess. The cease fire ends at 7PM on Saturday (lunchtime on the East Coast of the US), just in time for sunset and the end of the Sabbath. It also happens to be the dark of the moon that night, ideal for an attack against an opponent with inferior night vision capabilities.

It is a short drive to the sea. I would not be surprised to see the Star of David flying over Gaza City when the sun rises on Sunday.

Once the command center falls, a majority of Hamas’ 100,000 will be hurriedly burying their Hamas uniforms and memorabilia, to better blend into the crowd.

If Hamas does not fold overnight, then more of them will be killed overall, which may be better in the long run.

I would like it to be true so give us a link to where you read that.

In fact, after reading such a great news story, one wonders exactly why you didn’t include the link.

“Israel tweaking their intelligence. ;-)”

Yup. They turned off the lights to see where the roaches are going. Hopefully the roaches will go to whatever tunnels are left to get their supplies.

What a joke. Did you know that both sides have to agree to a cease fire?

I was wondering what happened to you.

A friend took me out exploring.

It is even more appropriate now.

It just seems that way.

Why not a one hour cease fire for twelve days in a row?

* All the civilians would have time to do would bee to run like hell to safer areas.
* Hamas would only have time to clean their weapons.
* Israel could continue to blast and smash for 12 more days.
* After 12 days, have a 30 minute truce for another 12 consecutive days, etc.

Who’s to say most of them want to get out? A supermajority of the Palestinians are deeply dedicated to the same things as Hamas and see themselves as in it for the long haul.

Somebody in Hamas realized that suicide bombings were counterproductive. So now instead of sending their kids to blow up cafes and buses, they sing Hamas’s praises while they launch rockets from their backyards, knowing the retaliatory strike will produce more of those delicious civilian casualties that the ignorant Western media thrives on. Allahu akbar, my family’s life for the struggle.

Even Hamas takes it’s playbook from Alinsky, it seems.

Tsk, tsk. How dare you think such a thing.....sarc.

Anyway the Al Gore network says that Hamas just wants to get along, just like Rodney King. And that Israel is not fighting fair but should use only rocks and pebbles to throw at the rock throwers.....

Excluding Hamas is a mistake

Israel should stop demonising Hamas and start adopting a more inclusive approach.

Gee what a coincidence.

The same family that was killed in Syria by Assad, was also killed by IDF bombing in Gaza few days ago!

Nope. Of course not.
