Events in Iraq and Syria have alarmed U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

Extremists from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria control vast swaths of Iraq and Syria. Its members may be mingling with Yemeni bomb makers who have a track record of getting devices on Western planes. And thousands of Europeans have gone to Syria ready to give up their lives.

Holder has voiced "extreme concern" that the volatile mix could spread to Western shores.

Omitted, of course that Obama's handling of the War on Terror by withdrawing and leaving the ME to the terrorists was a major contributing factor to this.

I don’t know who are the people in the picture - but indeed NOT every ME person is a terrorist.

If ISIL consolidates, it won’t be long before they obtain sophisticated ballistic missiles featuring stealth technology. Israel is facing a new and serious strategic threat. A new political reality is evolving. Russia and Iran are aiding Iraq with military, logistical and leadership assistance. At the moment the ISIS offensive outside Baghdad has stalled and ISIS is overextended. Rumor is that a significant counterattack against the jihadists is being planned. Its success or failure will settle the matter.

America giving up its role as the peacekeepers of the world in favor of the Russians. That is like Byzantium turning the ancient world over to the Tatars for protection.

Why? He has no problems with the corruption of our elections, with handing weapons over to drug cartels, with a Demwit in California (still in office, btw) smuggling weapons from muzzie terrorists in the Philippines. Why alarm now? Because ISIS is a threat to Iran. Thanks Innovative.

Iran is building nukes, and the Iranian leadership publicly stated on many occasions, that Iran had plans to propagate nuclear weapons to Syria and other nations. So whatever keeps the mullahs busy with matters other than nukes...
