Since this chemical plant is owned and operated by a Russian company (some sources say a single individual owns controlling interest), according to you the Separatists (the ones the Kiev propaganda shills on FR claim are Putin's minions) are now destroying Russian owned and operated property, expensive property at least it seems, that the owners have little hope of being compensated for.
