UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The U.N. Security Council called for "an immediate and unconditional humanitarian cease-fire" in the Gaza war between Israel and Hamas at an emergency meeting just after midnight Monday morning.
The council met as Muslims started celebrating the Eid al-Fitr holiday marking the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. The pressure for a cease-fire followed new attacks launched by Israel and Hamas on Sunday despite going back and forth over proposals for another temporary halt to nearly three weeks of fighting.
A 12-hour lull Saturday, agreed to by both sides following intense U.S. and United Nations mediation efforts, could not be sustained.

This is an AP story and the excerpt must be short. But here's one more sentence from the story which I modified so it would be true:

The UN always has an open invitation to KMA. They are the most worthless bunch of bozos on the planet.
Perhaps the U.N. should also send a copy of the Geneva convention to Hamas, explaining that it applies to both sides in a conflict. I’m sure they’re just unaware of it.
Apparently the U.N. is as concerned as mr. mulato about Israel impeding their ability to rearm hamass.

The council commended the efforts of US Secretary of State John Kerry and United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, who spent last week in the Middle East trying to help broker an end to the fighting.
There must have been a lot ot ruffled feathers at State and in the WH. Children at play!
Oh Israel those fun loving guys, actually read the agreement and said no. They should give one to the UN and tell them to give it to Hamas. After Hamas agrees then Israel will tell them what they agreed to. Like surrendering 5,000 rockets, providing the location of all tunnels and giving all foreign aid to the people.
If the UN wants a cease-fire, then send some of their talking heads to the tunnels to stand guard. Israel doesn't bomb without advance notice. Hamas prevents people from leaving areas Israel warns. The UN can put some skin in the game and get their shoes dirty. Or they can stand aside and let Israel deal with schools and homes full of missiles.
No wonder Obama is so upset: The Israeli government does not behave like the GOP.

Yes, I notice that EVERY TIME it looks like Israel is making some headway on eliminating her enemies, parties such as Idiot Obama, Cretin Kerry, and the UNidolts try to politically and sometimes physically immobilize her so that the Muzzie enemy can catch up and finally whup her by such assisted subterfuge. Sort of like slapping handcuffs and hobbles on Rocky just before he can land a TKO punch. Unfortunately, usually Israel caves in to political pressure by these multiple parties. But it doesn’t seem that way THIS time, and I am glad. Take out these murderous Muzzies once and for all to ensure some peace for an extended period. That’s the only way they’re gonna see real peace is to exterminate these rabid animals. Not by land for peace or cease fires or the other crap that’s been tried and failed miserably.
