A majority of Florida voters support legalization of recreational marijuana, a new poll says. According to a Quinnipiac University poll released Monday, 55 percent of Florida voters back legal possession of small amounts of recreational pot, compared with 41 percent who oppose it.

That's one more data point than you've supplied - and YOU'RE the one who made the claim: "Nobody else will hire them [pot smokers] either."

I’ve fired many of them over the years. Every company I’ve ever worked for had a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Most every industrial employer is the same.
So now we have several nonrandomly selected data points on either side - which proves only that some employers test and some don't.

So your claim "Nobody else will hire them either" is true only if by "nobody" you meant more than half of U.S. workplaces (Table 1).

Our freedoms are under constant assault by the ruling elites & bureaucrats. The Second Amendment has been ignored in many states. The first Amendment is constantly under fire.

There are millions of people in this country that would happily take away your guns, your meat, your medications, your wealth, your children, & your home; just as there are many people who would happily throw marijuana smokers, all drug users, into jail forever. There is nothing on this planet more directly against tyranny than the Constitution, which doesn't mention drug or alcohol (a drug) use, but does state clearly that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
