The wife of a leading House Democrat owned stock in a top competitor to the company behind the Keystone XL pipeline while he raised red flags about potential conflicts of interest in the governments review of the project, documents show.
Rep. Raul Grijalva (D., Ariz.) was very concerned about the potential financial benefits of approving the pipeline for the federal contractor that conducted an environmental review of the project last year.
The review found that Keystone would have minimal environmental and climate impacts. Grijalva suggested that the contractors vague financial ties to TransCanada, the company building the pipeline, compromised the objectivity of its analysis.

So he seems to know what a conflict of interest is.
Only if it suits his purpose. He eagerly takes advantage of a conflict of intrest if it benefits him. He is as crooked as they come. He was my Congressman before redistricting.
Another prime example of Cui Bono and follow the money.
But, that was someone ELSE’S potential conflict of interest.
This is HIS potential conflict of interest. And he’s honest, so it’s okay.
Just ask him, he’ll tell you he is honest.
And he’s a democrat.
