Three IDF soldiers were killed on Wednesday in Gaza in an explosion at a booby-trapped UNRWA health clinic that housed the opening of a tunnel, the IDF’s Gaza Division commander, Brig. Gen. Micky Edelstein, said.
Two of the three were named as Staff Sgt. Matan Gotlib, 21, of Rishon Lezion, and Staff Sgt. Omer Chai, 21, of Savion.
The three troops, part of the elite Maglan unit, were taking precautionary measures in efforts to limit damage to the structure before eliminating the tunnel, when the explosives detonated in the small building.

If I were Israel, I’d publicize this, and not take as many chances in the future.
My dad, in WWII, said that when they came to a German village with lots of resistance, the bombers would level the place and make the rubble bounce.
I can only imagine the number of IEDs that have been removed by Israeli EOD before they could kill or maim soldiers. Unfortunately, not even the EOD teams can find all of them.
The U.S. taxpayers are funding aid to this “humanitarian” group. U.S. taxpayer are helping to pay for these IED’s.
And the UNRWA clinic. The UN stands for United Nations. It is also funded by U.S. taxpayers.
Thank the Obama Administration for using your tax dollars to fund Hamas killing.
And thank the Democrats in Congress. After all Hamas is a “humanitarian” organization. Their leader said so.
And thank Hillary Clinton. She says it is fine to put weapons in UN supported U.S. funded schools.
How much of the millions of additional dollars the Obama Administration has promised Gaza will be spent on IEDs and other weapons?

In Gaza the UNWRA employees are Palestinians. 90% are Palestinians. You have a few UN types at the top from Norway and other neutral nations. So it is no surprise that UNWRA works against Israel.
Yep, it’s still up....I’ll give it a few more moments before coming to some conclusion. I’ve been a member since 2000, these kinds of posts used to be Ok...I’m not sure what changed. I’m NOT trying to tweak the mods or admins, just doing what I have always done in the past.
I am not a fan of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees or of any other pro-terrorist group. IDF needs to start treating them as terrorists or at least terrorist sympathizers, along with those who “find” rockets in schools and hand them over to Hamas. This is a battle between good and evil, and there is no good on the side of Hamas or those who support its terrorist actions.
Israel should level every building that has tunnels, including the main hospital, where the Hamas leaders are cowering. Give a 10 minute warning for residences and businesses, 30 minutes for schools, and longer for the hospitals, and then flatten them with ground-penetrating bunker busters. There is no reason to risk the lives of decent people to preserve buildings knowingly used by terrorists.
