I believe the number of stated dead (700) to be understated. Supposedly closer to 2K. Precise number withheld for obvious reasons. Rural nature of some of these countries also a factor.
100 muslim extremists, voluntarily infected with Ebola would cause far more death and disruption to America, than did 9/11.
England as well. And Europe would be an easy target...

Epidemiology dictates that strict travel and quarantine restrictions are indicated to prevent the rapid spread of this outbreak. Political correctness be damned as the consequences of inaction at this time will be horrific. Immigration and the collecting and concentrating illegal aliens are a significant part of the equation that will enable the disease to amplify if a break was to occur.
