Doesn't she have to be convicted of something before Barry can pardon her?
If so, it doesn't pay for her to drag things out. He can't pardon anyone after his term expires and that isn't all that far off...in relation to how Lerner's case is dragging on at the present time.

One more reason why Congress needs to write a law forbidding an “employee of the citizenry” from pleading the fifth in a job-related inquiry by Congress. Something that has teeth and mandatory sentencing.
The power of the Attorney General needs to be reigned in as well.
Or, it needs to be an elected office instead of an appointed one.
