Would it be different if he was exposing himself to little kids? What if they overheard him discussing a plan to seize all dissenters and inter them in camps?
They are assigned to protect him and to not disclose legal discussions and actions.
In any venue, he is exposing himself to agents who have no other choice than to stand there and take what law enforcement and courts across the nation would consider to be at least indecent exposure and sexual harassment.
The agents are sworn to defend the Constitution in addition to protecting the scumbag.

Tough issue. Don’t they take some oath? But on the other hand, what if they witness some sort of real abuse.
But on the other hand, leaking out personal stuff like this I think cheapens their role.
Remember the fourth estate hammering Dan Qualye incessantly over “potatoe” and “Murphy Brown”?
