Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) grilled a University of Baltimore law professor during a Wednesday House hearing and made a compelling case as to why a special counsel is needed to investigate the IRS scandal. At one point, he even offered the professor some “free litigation advice” when he refused to answer one of his questions that seemed pretty straightforward.
Professor Charles Tiefer was brought in by Democrats as an expert to help determine whether the House Judiciary Committee should appoint a special counsel to investigate the IRS scandal. Tiefer, who previously served as solicitor and deputy general counsel of the U.S. House of Representatives, was also recently asked by Democrats to provide a statement on House Speaker John Boehner’s lawsuit against President Obama, which he called an “embarrassing loser.”

Hillary is gonna stroke out just thinking about it.
He will nail her to the wall before she even is issued a supena Let’s see the smarmy wench respond when she is finally in a venue she is not in charge of. Even if she lies thru her teeth, Gowdy will expose her for the corrupt, incompetent fraud she is. At that point all she will have to respond with is her evil hatred for anyone that dare challenge her.
He really rips his ___! I like to see that, even if it is theater.
Keep in mind he has access to all her previous testimony. Once he questions others he will expose the lack of action to protect that facility before the attack and her cover up afterwards.
He has set the stage for the first Act.

Gowdy gave smuggles THREE chances to answer a simple question about seating a juror. The first time, smuggles might have been uncertain where Gowdy was going with the question, but by the THIRD time, smuggles responded with “Well, it doesn’t sound too good.” Then Gowdy dropped the hammer on him and made him look foolish. But hey, leftists don’t care about looking foolish.

That guy showed all the traits of a person who has comfortably sat inside an echo chamber, fighting the straw men he built for decades. When faced with a thinking person, he is at a complete loss on what to do.
