HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) The mother of an 8-year-old Pennsylvania boy whose decomposing body was found on the third floor of their home said Saturday she didn't know he had died until noticing the smell.
Kimberly Tutko said her husband was the primary caretaker of their mentally disabled son, and he waited several days to tell her the boy had died, Pennlive.com (http://bit.ly/1rXiJbV ) reported. Police were called to the home Friday and found the boy's body.

Bad genetics. The two of them were just right for it.
Thing about it is, I have seen kids in W.Va., that their parents...yea exactly that picture. Not saying these parents are, just saying I have seen other that come very close.
Brandine remarks “Dang, Cletus! Why’d you have to park so close to my parents?” to which Cletus responds, “Now honey, they’s mah parents too!”
Gallows humor if you will. The whole situation is pathetic.... I’d rather laugh than cry. Maybe the eugenics folks hit on something in microcosm. Some folks shouldn’t breed.
Not saying it’s the government that should regulate. Just saying some folks shouldn’t breed.

This is not going to end well. The autopsy will be interesting. Methinks there was more to this guy holding back the news of the son’s demise.
This will be a forensic files show in the spring of ‘15.
