Dems on MSNBC have been playing past clips of Rand Paul and how they conflict with what he says today, and also him denying that he changed his positions.
The most obvious one is when he went on MSNBC Maddow 2011 and gave his views on the Civil Rights act which he now denies he ever did, but also when he said that he would defund Israel (and Palestinians too)

Really don’t care.
Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush et. all.
Are all pretend Republicans, and certainly are not conservatives.
I will be voting for a conservative for POTUS in 2016, whether that person is the GOP Nominee or not matters nothing.
GOP, either field someone who represents my values and principles, or you’ve lost my vote.
