He already dispatched the secretaries of state and homeland security to study the situation, take notes, and provide recommendations for improvement... he’s hoping for a much smoother operation next time this kind of action is tried ... With ISIS controlling most of the country I guess the only place to hole up would be in Baghdad. Sounds like he is resisting the US Sunni Muslim president’s request for change of PMs.
