Article says the teens/thugs/wannabe gangstas(?) were waling out in the street, the cop told them to walk on the sidewalk, not out in the street and the “teens” FU’ed the cop by continuing to walk down the middle of the street.
I can see that FU pissed the cop.
Locally, the whites, orientals and hispanics walk the sidewalks. I have seen blacks deliberately walk along, in the street, hindering traffic as a FU attitude thing. Annoying to law-abiding people to have young people with such bad manners.
No sympathy here. Too many blacks go around with a racist attitude and a huge chip on the shoulder.
Such then just grow up to be looters....er, like the adult blacks looting and robbing.
