That is called a Russian tank platoon. There is an infantry battalion, and an artillery battery nearby.

The pictures at the link show tanks.
Unconfirmed reports indicate the column of armored personnel carriers (APC) invading the Ukraine last night belong to the 98th Guards Airborne Division.
Another report says last night’s Russian invaders are mounting Ukrainian flags on their tanks (APC???) in what would appear to be false flag operations and provocations.
The so-called White Humanitarian Convoy is smashing down fences on the Ukrainian border to pass into Ukraine without going through a border control point according to a Twitter report.

Agreed, although whether an anti-tank missile is offensive or defensive would depend on the situation, etc. At any rate, I researched further and no US arms to Ukraine still seems to be the case.
