A Witness Conversation Unknowingly Captured at the Scene of the Ferguson Shooting is a Game-Changer
IJReview ^ | August 17, 2014 | Ed Itor

A A previously unnoticed detail in a background conversion of a video taken minutes after the Ferguson shooting could change the course of the investigation into Mike Brown’s death.

The original video poster appears sympathetic to the narrative that Mike Brown was shot unarmed with his hands in the air. But he unknowingly picks up conversation between a man who saw the altercation and another neighbor.

#1 How’d he get from there to there? #2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck {crosstalk} #2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him {crosstalk} #2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him – #1. Oh, the police got his gun #2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him {crosstalk} #2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing #1 The Police? #2 The Police shot him #1 Police? #2 The next thing I know … I’m thinking … the dude started running … (garbled something about “he took it from him”) This is terribly important because if Mike Brown had been shot, and he advanced towards the cop instead of surrendering, it would substantiate the narrative that the policeman shot in self-defense due to the fact that he was being threatened with severe bodily harm.

This corroborates an account of the event given by a friend of Officer Darren Wilson: Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

It is definitely worth trying to identify who it was, especially if that person shows up with a different story later.

The oOlice photoshopped the conversation.

Another thing with the conversations in the video is no one cared until they heard a cop shot Mr. Brown.

Controlling people isn’t your profession. It SHOULD be his.

Whenever an unarmed person charges one who is armed, it is best to assume that there is an unknown leveraging factor. Shoot the perp until he drops.

If a tree falls in the forest with no one around does it make noise?

If the truth is reported on a obscure website, but the MSM never reports on it, will low information voters care about what really happened or will the buy the lies they are fed?

That was a rhetorical question.

It sounds like somebody was engaged in an intimate relationship with somebody’s mother. That’s weird. Anyway, the Obamafoams were cranking away. The Feds should have some good evidence.

unarmed but six foot four and 300 lbs. Someone built like that could easily disarm a policeman and shoot him (which he had already tried and probably was going to try again) or kill the officer with his bare hands.

Also gentle giant is a known criminal. The officer has been on the force 6 years with no misconduct complaints.

Of course none of that matters to the propaganda spewing, riot fomenting, a-hole media

Which would match what appears from one of his latest FB posts saying if he left the earth today at least people would know he cared about somebody besides himself. That FB post suggests that he was planning on being a martyr for some noble cause.

So his fellow gang members could riot? So the Black Panthers could start a revolution? Or what?

On the one hand, cops should be able to handle an unarmed attacker without shooting him. On the other hand if this Brown guy was the guy in the video of the store robbery, he was built like the Frankenstein monster. If he did rush a cop and was NOT shot beforehand, he might have been on drugs.

I think I read where holder wants a second autopsy done. Must not have liked what the first one said, so they have to doctor one up.

When a cop says “Freeze” you better freeze.

It sounds to me from the conversation that the officer was firing warning shots that were deliberately missing the charging Jolly Mean Giant.....till the perp showed no signs of stopping....and then one purposely-aimed shot dropped him in his tracks. Leni

Police do not fire "Warning shots". In real life the bullets have to hit something, somewhere if they do not hit the target. They are trained to aim at center of mass - the chest. They never fire their weapons just to get someone's attention or to wound - no aiming for the legs or gun hand like in the movies. They always shoot to kill. That is the way they are trained.

Having said that, they do miss a lot.

I think that the taped conversation could change the outcome of a trial, but not before ruining the life of the young officer. Holder will suppress the evidence from the autopsy, which will undoubtedly reveal that the officer was firing warning shots before finally shooting to kill.

I know. Someone said they thought it was a little early to be hearing gunshots.

If only the officer knew what was in Brown’s mind. Wait, he could. The earlier scuffle for the officer’s gun in the police car leaves no mystery of his intent when he charged. One of them wasn’t going home alive. The officer knew that he was going to have to fight for his gun again if Brown closed the distance.

It’s a freebie, isn’t it? Destroying a cop’s life is free - no one will prosecute witnesses who lie and say he was “deer hunting.” It’s a way to kill a cop without having to buy a gun or risk jail - just point at him and accuse him and your peers will back you up. They don’t need standard weapons - false accusations are free.

I wonder if the kid would have charged the cop if he didn’t feel that cops are increasingly reluctant to confront black youths for fear of this kind of thing. The decent black Americans living next door to the race baiting types know they would be killed if they contradict the party line. The police become less willing to confront local criminals for fear of this kind of accusation so the criminals feel at liberty to prey upon the decent people living among them. Then when police are slow or reluctant to confront, the baiters say “The cops won’t act because they don’t care about black people, they only protect white people.” And it’s all free. Asymmetrical warfare.

Here’s that article: http://freerepublic.com/%5Ehttp://clashdaily.com/2014/08/michael-brown-case-suddenly-blows-wide-open-likely-slam-dunk-favor-police/

And here’s the FB quote:

“If I leave this earth today, at least you’ll know I care about others more than I cared about my damn self.”

Here’s another link that had information/comments from his FB when it was till viewable: http://charlestonthuglife.net/2014/08/14/what-a-sham/ Sounds like his friends were big on the violence stuff as a way to “honor” his death.

This is the FB link but you have to be a friend to see the comments now: https://www.facebook.com/Mikestlboii

Here’s a link with a looter saying something about “the revolution”. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-08-11/ferguson-stlouis-violence-continues-protesters-warn-revolution-wont-be-televised

Caww’s comment about what all was going on (found at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3193375/posts?page=130#130 ): “An alert was put out early on that the Black Panthers were there and the leader was inciting violence. Also the Anabaptist’s had their thing going on with starting fires the Anonymous people were trying to put out. If these characters haven’t gone home they’ll continue to use this for their own purposes to incite trouble and draw attention....meanwhile the family will continue to solicit for funds along with their attorney and his Pr machine.”

I assume they are going to do drug toxicology test on Michael Brown. that may shed some light on all this.

Ah, but the 2 “journalists” were only ARRESTED after they lolly-gagged around looking for trouble when the cops gave a time-frame for everybody to clear from the McDonald’s (at least I think it was a McD’s).

I wish that episode had been captured on video. Poor little reporters, being arrested just for being “too slow”. God knows when cops dealing with riots give you 30 seconds to get packed up and move, those cops are really rude for not letting you take your own sweet time.... It’s not like the cops can actually DO anything about it if you disobey.... /s
