Mexico has been trying to dictated immigration policy to the US for decades, and, sadly, it has been mostly successful. Most of Mr. Nieto's rhetoric could have come from the mouth of Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and about 90% of the frauds in Congress and the Senate. The part about indigent illegals "contributing so much to society" would be laughable is so many people didn't believe their own lies.

Having said that, I don't fault Mr. Nieto for doing this. He's just representing Mexico's interests, as Mexico's president should do. His country has a huge surplus underclass population that it can't support, so he needs someplace to use as a dumping ground for them. All understandable. What isn't understandable is why so many American politicians are willing to help him attain these goals.

I think we should adopt Mexico’s immigration laws. What could be fairer than that?

There. Fixed it.

I think we should reform our immigration laws to look like Mexico’s and then we should enforce them as harshly as Mexico does

The US should send a bill to Mexico for all those children that have funneled through the border.

Apparently the reporter neglected to get an accurate translation... What he actually said was: ‘Our socialistic ideals and policies have turned our nation into a hell hole. Rather than address our failings and fix the problem, we are exporting the only useful people we have left to your country. Alas, our criminal element is following their prey and also came as well. Please protect the useful ones as they generate billions for my citizens and prop up many failed areas.

Viva Mexico!’

Scanned through the comments - quit after reading several dozen, ALL outraged by el president's comments.

America doesn't want this reform. If Obama and DC tries to pull a fast one it'd better be the final straw or we're screwed for good.

I don't fault Mr. Nieto for doing this.

I do.

To hell with him. I have zero sympathy for the pathetic state of his pathetic country, nor do I have any ambition whatsoever to improve the lot of his pathetic people by allowing them to come here and suck off the teat of the USA taxpayer.

Here's a thought Mr. Messican President...take your ass and the asses of all the other messicans and their asses and go back to mesico and leave us alone.

Now I'm a racist.

Oh, well...

That diversity thing is over-rated, anyway.

Well, it’s tragic how many Americans take someone’s words at face value, it’s as if they’re puppets, how gullible they are.

The Mexican government has a lot of nerve promoting this crap, after doing NOTHING for years to secure their southern border or enforce the northern border while their “refugees” cross into our country illegally, bringing with them crime, disease, potential terrorists and an increased tax burden on the CITIZENS of the U.S. I can imagine that Dumbo will find a way to push this through via executive action. Bastard.

Gee, Mexico chastises us for not taking enough of their poor, their criminals, and world terrorists just passing through.

You’d think that they’re frustrated that America is actually a nation of Americans.

If the President of Mexico believes so full heartedly about this then he should propose that Mexico become a territory of the U.S. with a transition period of not less than 5 years and appropriate infrastructure development and elimination of substantial illegal activity being certified before sections of same territory can become states.

He wants us to hand him something then he needs to hand something back.

Mexico has a huge fecund, illiterate underclass that it refuses to support w/ safety nets, even though it has billions in oil riches....so the Mexican president needs someplace to use as a dumping ground for them.....and unfortunately super-rich America is right next door. But why are so many American politicians willing to help Mexico use America as a dumping ground?

Vote-crazed US pols need votes. They are colluding w/ agents of foreign governments to import huge surplus populations, promising of endless freebies....in exchange for votes. Undermining US national security is part and parcel of the deal.

================================================

BACKSTORY The Third World is motivated by envy and greed.....an ancient formula going back to Greco/Roman times: a powerful, thriving bountiful country being overrun by savages, barbarians and thieves lusting after the country's power and riches.

Mexico and Central America have no other aspirations than to confiscate our tax dollars to facilitate armed conflict to takeback the SW and ultimatley overtake America, itself....and they are throwing their savage populations over the border to advance their hidden agenda.

THIS WE KNOW the C/A barbarians figured out that our govt responds to pressure groups---so they are emptying out their villages---driving the savages across the border. The immigration reform pressure groups are being coached by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, La Raza, and other violent latino groups, advocating the overthrow of the US government

============================================

NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS The Greeks and Romans didn't have the internet, social media, instagram, to fight off invaders.... nor was L/E power available.

DO THIS NOW----CONTACT FBI TIPS PAGE---https://tips.fbi.gov

<><> Taxpayers demand the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, La Raza, and other tax-funded latino groups, be investigated--- supboena official filings, phone records, emails, snail mail copies, hard drives, bank accounts, checking accounts, credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, social media contacts, and the like.

<><> TAXPAYERS demand to know who they're communicating with, and who is directing their activities.

<><> Taxpayers demand to know which members of these tax-funded groups belong to violent latino organizations advocating the overthrow of the US govt.
