They want to look nice for the prom. They want to put down a good base for their upcoming Shore trip. They want to do it because its free on Tuesdays.
While most nationwide teenagers appear to be heeding the warning to avoid tanning beds, nearly a third of white high-school girls still use indoor tanning devices.

Who the hell else would use them?............
My moron sister still does this. Also texts while driving and has no savings or health insurance.
LOL! I love your post. I’ve got a sister like that too!
I prefer tattos. How old is your sister?
She also cannot possibly date any man that has money. He has to be a dirt poor stoner with a pickup truck that can pull her camper.
Oh and every time she gets her oil changed at the dealership, she ends up with a newer car. She works part-time too.

You might want to spell out “Kentucky”. Non USA readers might see a different meaning in “KY town”, lol. I recall in the early days of instant messaging someone used “KY Girl” as their screen name. Hilarity ensued. ;-)
No doubt someone was disappointed /chuckle
There you go using logic again.
