RESIDENT OBAMA’S acknowledgment that “we don’t have a strategy yet” in Syria understandably attracted the most attention after his perplexing meeting with reporters Thursday. But his restatement of the obvious was not the most dismaying aspect of his remarks. The president’s goal, to the extent he had one, seemed to be to tamp down all the assessments of gathering dangers that his own team had been issuing over the previous days.
This argument with his own administration is alarming on three levels.
The first has to do with simple competence. One can only imagine the whiplash that foreign leaders must be suffering. They heard U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power denounce Russia as “today they open a new front. Russia’s force along the border is the largest it has beenthe mask is coming off.” An hour later, Mr. Obama implicitly contradicted her: “I consider the actions that we’ve seen in the last week a continuation of what’s been taking place for months now it’s not really a shift.”

While I get your point, I’d offer that Ted Cruz and Trey Gowdy are also lawyers, but I would in no way put them in the same group as Obummer and Hillary!.
I almost want to believe that Biden would be doing better than this.
But I dont do LSD.
His challenge is whether to raise the toilet seat or not.
I think the difference is that Cruz and Gowdy would work to learn the job. Obama and Hillary feel they are aristocracy and don’t need any further training.
I just came home from the supermarket and I can see that Barry had better get in touch with Oprah for help. There at the checkout was her latest magazine with her head photoshopped on someone else’s body and one of the inside articles is all about how to make a decision.
Listen....the Washington Post just don’t get it. POTUS Obama could care less about the American nation, people, military. These media outlets, the newspapers, the TV media, the written blog sites and various social sites...should all be calling for his resignation!!! We, the nation, are in serious “harm’s way” put there by purpose by Obama and his Obamabot Democrat Party!!!
Obama is not concentrating on anything but destroying this country and playing with our tax dollars to indulge in his leisure habits!!! Just follow his track track record!!! Sad......that the American people did this to themselves. Yes....elections count!!! You all voted for your own destruction!!! God help our great nation....Obama certainly will not!!! End of story!!!
Hey Post. We don’t need no more stinkin wars. Wars might be good for newspaper circulation but not for a country that thinks it OK to move jobs and companies to another country. We’re so broke from a century of war that we have to borrow survival money from China.
I concur. And, I would add that Ted and Trey (and Sen. Sessions)are patriots, love the U.S., believe in her sovereignty and specialness, unlike the Marxists or Socialists.
His problem is not in finding a strategy of how to fight the Islamic radicals and destroy them; more so it is one of wanting to support his Muslim faith while pretending to be defending America.
White House Occupant Barack Obama needs to focus on his golf game. We are much better off, and much safer, when he is not working.
Obama’s laser is focused on.
Golf.
How to be better at Hoops.
Watching ESPN and eating fudge.
Taking vacations and thinking about his next vacation while on vacation.
Fund-raising on the tax payer’s dime.
Parties.
Then repeat over and over.
He does one thing well is destroying the country from within and ignoring our allies overseas and playing to every evil element in the world (He wanted to arm the Syrian rebels a year ago- ISIS among others).
The hell with his stupid suit. It is the words out of his mouth and his actions that are more frightening.

So, how's that working out for you - as far as feeling secure?
The day he started his campaign, he should have been handing out some reasonably coherent position papers. Didn’t anyone in the MSM bother looking at them?
Obama follows orders from his advisors domestically, and thus has no problem “going it alone” domestically because his top aides tell him what to do, and then defend Obama flawlessly.
I always thought Obama's dope use and fried brain were part of the reason his handlers picked him as the ideal front man.
He is happy to make speeches, attend fund raisers, party, vacation, watch basketball reruns and get doped up.
The powers behind the curtain don't have to be concerned about him suddenly thinking he wants to be a real president and trying to set policy and make decisions.
Everytime one of the strings breaks Pinnochio'Bozo gets into trouble.
