He stepped out of his vehicle. He never actually had a chance to pursue anybody. He was being circled by two predators, and when he gave his attention to one, the other saw an opportunity and charged him.

You're saying the officer should have stayed in his vehicle after being physically assaulted? That stepping out of his vehicle to evaluate his predicament was an act of aggression?

Circled? This is the first I heard of that. If he was being circled, he shouldn’t have exited the vehicle
