I wrote in Ron Paul for president in 2008. But I am against political dynasties. I would very much prefer Sarah Palin or Ben Carson over Rand Paul as out next President.
I like Dr Ben Carson but I think he would be much better as Secretary of Health and Human servises, or something like that, due to his profession. I doubt that Sarah Palin would run and you can not force anyone to run if they don’t want to. I learned my lesson about that in the 2008 election when my former Senator Fred Thomson was pressured to run for president. After I voted for him in our TN presidential primary he dropped out because his heart was not in it.
I think you’re defining “political dynasty” pretty broadly there. It isn’t as if his father was actually president.
If it comes down to Jeb, Willard, Chris, or Rand?
Rand gets my support.

I prefer Palin also, but not for dynastic considerations. Carson should be VP.
Interesting. Didn’t realize his first name was short for “Randal.” I too had thought it was an allusion to Ayn Rand. Learn something new every day!
