Rand Paul has proven to be such a frivolous light weight, kind of scattered brained and fumbling, he seems to be looking for an identity, or niche, searching for a path into the big leagues.
Rand Paul turned me off when he started to run run right after the 2012 election for the 2016 presidential election. Instead of concentrating on the 2014 Midterm election. Obviously it doesn’t matter to him if the rats keep control of the senate or not

I just hope they have him a room reserved next door to his daddy at a rest home for severe dementia. That is his niche he belongs in.
