There are what…a billion peacniks in the “religion of peace”. They have enough men, money and military hardware to defeat these “hijackers” who are blaspheming the prophet (PBUH). They can coalesce around each other as a good varsity would do. Countries not in the “religion of peace” collective can fend for themselves. They have enough men, money and military hardware to defeat these ragtag JV “hijackers”.

...should the US work to form a GHWB-like coalition ?

Perhaps a good idea.

The problem is that "the US" has no GHWB-like leader to form such a coalition. Because of past actions (inactions?) of the current President, the potential coalition members no longer trust the US.

My family supports (with money) a missionary family in Hungary.

We’ve also sent missionaries there.

Are we somehow not ‘supporting’ that effort?

Malik Obama is Kenyan, and while it isn't completely Boko Haram territory, Boko Haram is active there. They have been linked to the Keynan mall attack a couple of years ago. Malik Obama runs a charity which has connections to Hamas and the Muslim brotherhood and is active in several countries.

Walid Shoebat posted a video on his blog showing Malik admitting he purchaced an underage girl for a wife. Boko Haram kidnapps young Christian girls and sells them to muslims. Suspecting that he is connected to Boko Haram is not that much of a stretch.

... or a George W. Bush coalition. One does not have to go back to his father to see how it can be done. US should not do this alone. We should not allow these animals to take over 2 or 3 countries. As Barney Fife once said “nip it in the bud...nip it” which is a fitting expression given we have Barney Fife as Commander in Chief.

No worries, mate.

No kidding. Ebola is going to be a great equalizer to these mongrel dogs when it arrives.

Boho Haram is just tired of getting those scam emails from the Nigerians...you know, the ones that start with...”Dear Most Honored Sir. I am writing to ask for your assistance in transferring $23,000,000 from my secret account in Lagos to your account in America...”

Boko Haram is going to find out IF THERE REALLY IS any money to be transferred.

Nigeria has a very large and well-armed army.
But it is split between a Christian south and a muslim north.

It may be that the politicians don’t want to offend the muslims.

However, they don’t need troops; they have a large army.

IMHO the central government just needs the will.

This can be done, but the problem is that wind would quickly dissipate the gas before it could do anything.

RE: nigerian military and police

All heavily infiltrated/bribed w money from ME. If you’re a policeman or soldier who can’t depend on the guy standing next to you, it’s very hard to take a stand. That’s why Obama’s changes to our own military are so dangerous. He’s infiltrating, wrecking morale, and putting traitors in charge, just like his fellow muzzies in Africa and ME.

The Obama family, on the African side, may be involved with Boko Haram.

You're probably right. I read recently that 10,000+ people a day are crossing the Kenyan-Nigerian border illegally. It's a free flow of fighters and uranium ore back and forth. A disaster waiting to happen.

The Real History of the Crusades

The crusades are quite possibly the most misunderstood event in European history. Most of what passes for public knowledge about it is either misleading or just plain wrong

By Prof. Thomas F. Madden

Misconceptions about the Crusades are all too common. The Crusades are generally portrayed as a series of holy wars against Islam led by power-mad popes and fought by religious fanatics.
..., or the BBC/A&E documentary, The Crusades, hosted by Terry Jones. Both are terrible history(as in wrong/incorrect) yet wonderfully entertaining.

So what is the truth about the Crusades? Scholars are still working some of that out. But much can already be said with certainty. For starters, the Crusades to the East were in every way defensive wars. They were a direct response to Muslim aggression—an attempt to turn back or defend against Muslim conquests of Christian lands.

Several page article/Academic paper being quoted by many...now.

And of course, PBS’ Frontline is attacking Nigeria for the way in which it is defending itself, just as Zero, Hitlery, and Lurch attacked Nigeria’s policy on homosexual behavior instead of supporting their anti-terrorism efforts.

Thanks Laissez-faire capitalist.
