Well she certainly doesn’t appear to be doing a “good” job, (The most effective Chairman for either party in recent years was believe it or not, that a-hole Howard Dean) but I can think of someone else they can blame.

(1) advised Mexico President to go to California and declare it "another Mexico." (RESULT: a tsunami of 2014 voter polls indicate massive voter revulsion for Democrats);
(2) advised Obama to meet w/ Third World leaders; (RESULT: villages emptied--contagion, vermin and disease infect the USA);
(3) advised Obama to delay E/O amnesty to help nervous Democrats in tight Senate races. (RESULT: Obama on Mexican drug cartel hit list);
(4) advised Obama to put out the global welcome mat. (RESULT: slit-eyes jidahists from 144 countries stream in).
