At FR, we knew all of this, and more, early on. But, what to do to stop this disaster? Nobody can seem to get a plan together beyond, “Don’t vote for the Republican. They are not perfect for 1) 2) 3)...”
I say “Vote for the Republican because that’s our only hope.”
I would say these items are correct, and what is most important, and never really discussed or followed up on, is that a great majority of countries around the world figured ALL this out within the first year...
Those folks aren’t laughing at people like us...They are clowning the guy and the people that voted him into office, twice...
That’s the embarrassing part...But, when all is said and done, the 2016 election is soon on the horizon...
I think we are going to be very surprised by that election cycle...
A little bird told me John “Effin” Kerry has been quietly looking into this, knowing Hillary will be a real anchor to the failures of the previous administration, he’s coming in on some strong points, and not a lot of flak is hitting near him at this point...
I also predict a lot of these “scandals over the last 3-4 years will go away from the MSM and FoxNews cycles at the first of the year...Concentrating on the 2016 races...
I bet there is a drawer full of Presidential pardons for Holder, Learner et. al. as his final act of defiance...

He’s just not bright enough to be mayor of a small town. He would fail as governor of any state or premier of a Canadian province.
There is not a shred of evidence that this guy has even an average IQ. He has been an affirmative action/quota hire his whole life and his handlers locked up his academic records. The man is a dull-normal dope.

I agree. The few utterances of his that pass for "articulate" are simply because he is a mimic, as are many people who look like him. There should be a drumbeat of calls for his resignation.
I'd make the case that George H. W. Bush, for all his flaws, was probably the last president we had who really belonged in the White House.
A big part of it is age. It's not that age is a guarantee of wisdom and competence, but people in the years when they should be at the peak of their professional capabilities shouldn't be devoting themselves to a political career.
Let's face it, folks. Any competent person in almost any profession or trained career in the 35-50 age group doesn't get into politics because they are better off doing something else. So what we end up with is a bunch of phony hustlers and half-@ssed jokers in positions of power in government.

1. I learned all about Obama’s negotiating skills when a day after his election and control of Congress he gleefully commented, “The Republicans can come along with us, but they’re gonna have to sit in the back.”
2. Before the first election I asked some fellow employees who supported Obama what he had done in the past to make them believe he would be a competent President (to be fair, their only real choices were him, McCain and Clinton, the trifecta of mediocrity.). They just kept repeating, “He stands for change.” of course, one of these individuals, when I had earlier commented on bullfights in America, looked at me blankly and asked, “How do they get the bulls to fight?”.
Lots of little things like this are why he got to the White House and why we are were we are today...
You and other honest people want wealth; the criminal/political class want power.
It’s easy to just chalk up Barack Obama’s terrible performance as President to “liberalism” or “incompetence,” but it goes so much further than that

Yeah, you’re probably right, but I for one am about through with the “$hitt Sandwich” the GOPe feeds us every two years. At some point, not far off, we have to bite the bullet and put them out of business if they continue to behave as they have since the days of RR. Are these puds ( the Cochrans, Boners, Scrotum Necks, Roberts, Corkers, Christies, Hatches, etc.) really our best and brightest? Are we really willing to send our elected officials to Washington for twenty years or more? These people are awful, but yet we keep sending them back.
