I personally think Holder’s retiring to give Obama time to pardon him for any charges brought against him before Obama leaves office.
I, among others, probably, speculated that Holder would be nominated for SCOTUS before Rush came on air today.
None — but I beat him on TV!

It seems like with all the ongoing investigations, that it would be easy to put to rest a holder nomination without too much of a political battle, it might even reflect worse on the democrats for trying it.
Rush has identified himself on a couple of other conservative sites. It’s been a while but he did.

I just don’t think even the Light Worker Obama could at this point get someone who has been held in comtempt of Congress approved for SCOTUS.

Can he be indicted and prosecuted for crimes committed
as Obamas AG wile he’s on the bench? If not, I think
SCOTUS would be better than a pardon. If he can then
let him have it and get him ejected later on unless
they can hold court in the pen. I would like to see
the confirmation hearings. Boy that would show just
who the real men are on the republican side.

it’s just too coincidental. You can read almost every
article he talks about right here on FreeRepublic every
