Vice President Joe Biden made another gaffe on Thursday, telling Harvard students that China is a part of North America.
Speaking at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, Biden made yet another blunder after saying that "North America is literally--not figuratively--the epicenter of energy in the world today."
"North America will account--meaning Mexico, China and Canada--for two-thirds of the growth of global energy supply over the next 20 years," Biden said. "By 2018, the United States will be a net exporter of natural gas, and most projections show North America will be totally energy independent by 2020, and the United States shortly thereafter."
Biden continued by saying "there are more rigs, gas and oil rigs in the United States pumping today than every other nation in the world combined."

I think this is more of an overall strategy by the White House.
President says something stupid (purposely), VP does the same (purposely), and it gives the press a small opportunity to divert attention away from the serious things the WH is doing.
Look at how successful the WH has been in enacting their agenda, more successful than any other modern day president. They get an A+ for their overall tactics.

I think Harry Reid has some issues upstairs too, and I’m not being funny - there’s seriously something going wrong with him mentally. Could be dementia, Alzheimer’s, or just getting very senile. I think there are a few older republicans in similar shape. All of those are basically ‘puppets’ that probably have no idea where they are half the time, and a staffer probably tells them how to vote on any given issue.
