That’s true, “GAY MARRIAGE” isn’t about equality at all. It’s TAXES. When our politicians, because they are the smartest people in the, passed a law concerning taxing married people differently, than single people, the GAY COMMUNITY figured they had better get in on the action. That’s when this “GAY MARRIAGE” got to be born. If we change the TAX structure, where every one is taxed equally, you won’t hear any more about “GAY MARRIAGE”

He didn’t venture into the idea that the goal of the left is not just to win a worldview argument - they seek to criminalize Christian beliefs to the point that they can use the power of the State to punish and exterminate those who ascribe to them.
Every attack Progressives have mounted for decades has been aimed at the FAMILY. They have known all along. Wilson said his goal was to make a man as little like his father as possible. Their best play is to redefine words. Duplicity and deceit are the tactics of the Left. (Sound familiar?). If they can destroy the family there will be no opposition. They have been chipping away for a hundred years. They have never made their strategy secret. By changing the definition they can lie about what it is they are up to. They can even get all sanctimonious about their intentions. Just like they do when they claim to support the Constitution. Not the one you and I know and carry around but their “redefined” living version of it. When a Rat gets all huffy and accuses one of challenging his support for “families” just remember what “families” he is talking about.

Agree. This is not about anything other than destroying the traditional family and an attack on religion, mostly Christianity. Every pillar of American morality has been under attack since the late 1960s by the hard core radical left with the singular goal of destroying western civilization. You are exactly right and people need to separate their feelings concerning the personal relationships with people who lead a lgbt lifestyle from the reality of the corrupt lgbt cause. The left wing propaganda and brainwashing media machine has pushed the idea that one can not disagree with the lgbt cause without hating the lgbt people which is crazy. I disagree with smokers whether its is cigarettes or otherwise and yet I don’t hate smokers yet if they were running campaigns in schools to promote smoking to kids I’d be just as opposed as I am to lgbt activism which seeks to deconstruct gender and put in place a system of lgbt politically correct thought police to stamp out or at a minimum silence any dissent.
The LGBT argument is a unreasoned one built as a direct attack on personally responsibility concerning sex. The primary fiction they assert is that they are “born that way” as if human beings can not be expected nor have the capacity to control their sexual behavior. This has provided false comfort to those who would otherwise fear the corruption of their children it also assuages the guilt of those who lent a blind eye to abuse of their children which contributed to their sexual choices. The real horror is that logical conclusion has further implications. If you embrace the idea that they were “born” that way then it becomes inescapable that others categories must be view through that clouded lens. Adulterers, rapists, pedophiles, and the laundry list of other sexual moral failings and crimes suddenly become at a minimum disabilities and the worst normed as the stigma becomes reduced.
LGBT activism is a cancer on the culture and a symptom of a wider deterioration of the ability to reason in a have it now take no responsibility society. It is also an attack on freewill which is the cornerstore of liberty without which civil rights in the constitutional sense don’t even make sense but that is at the heart of socialism the idea that people can not possibly make it on their own and overcome their birth conditions which is a demonstrable fiction but for those who are losing it is very seductive. The idea of a big Daddy and Mommy state in Washington DC making everything fair and fixing their slights and booboos. This is what the Democrat party counts on which is why none of their proposed “solutions” involve really trying to get people permanently off the system or asking them to really change and take responsibility for their lives.
Our definitions, our symbols, our standards, our ideals, etc., all undermined and redefined. Up for down, good for bad.
