Executive Amnesty Call to Action NOW! (RUSH NOW ON IT)
Hostage | October 20, 2014 | Hostage

Congress will not stop Amnesty by any means. So there is not a luxury to sit back and let others do it for us.

What you need to do now is research the legal basis for Obama's upcoming Executive Orders to create defacto amnesty and a movement to get those illegally granted amnesty to subsequentially illegally registered to vote. It WILL happen quickly. Your legal basis finding even if crude should then be immediately mailed to your state representative and your governor's office with URGENCY ascribed to the communication.

You should petition your governor to file in federal court for a preliminary injunction to Obama's amnesty EOs. Do not call them 'Amnesty EOs'; simply repeat the legal basis that renders these EOs unlawful and mention if necessary that you are not a lawyer but that you expect your state government and state lawyers to recognize the unlawfulness of the EOs expected.

But there are no such EOs yet! So what to do?

Until there is an EO, no federal suit can be filed EXCEPT FOR ONE OBAMA ADMIN BLUNDER caught by someone keeping a sharp lookout.

OBAMA HAS ORDERED AN RFP TO PREPARE FOR 34 MILLION GREEN CARD IDS!

Now that is actionable in federal court because it states plainly in the RFP that this is in preparation for immigration reform.

Immigration reform is NOT YET LAW! Therefore, an action in Federal Court can go forward to stop this RFP process and any other actions that are not lawful.

” Yes, but you are getting ahead of what needs to be done right now, this week!”

Please give me a step by step on what needs to be done.

Thanks Ray76.

Here’s the government (pre)solicitation link:

https://www.fbo.gov/index?id=a432eb7928319f1e3c020b40ee924ce3

You can download the Draft RFP and yellow highlight Page 5 and Page 28 in the last sentence under section 4.

Note this is a draft and is subject to change. Need to act quick before the other side scrubs the damning verbiage to avoid a lawsuit.

Now the general basis for filing a prelim federal injunction order is as follows:

a. Immigration Reform is not law yet so it is unlawful to prepare (spend public funds) for a ‘future immigration reform initiative’. EXPAND ON THIS.

b. The state is harmed if 4 to 9 million and up to 34 million green card like work permits and IDs are issued because of the burden it places on state health and court facilities and state efforts in the current employment environment. EXPAND ON THIS.

c. There are many laws on the books that have been duly authorized by Congress that run counter to the Executive Branch preparing to initiate Immigration Reform without congressional approval. EXPAND ON THIS.

Take the above to immigration attorneys that are sympathetic and get them to volunteer to write a draft of points and authorities to accompany a pleading for the federal injunctive order.

Any Freepers in Alabama should get this to Senator Sessions IMMEDIATELY. We can be sure his staff will blaze a trail to the federal courts on this.

Thanks.

Again....I don’t know ANY immigration lawyers. What about groups like FAIR, alipac.us and NumbersUSA? Don’t they have legal staff who could do this?

Yes, Yes and Yes. They will likely have a staff attorney with immigration experience.

Please keep the thread posted. It’s really important.

Here is an important example of what the federal courts can do to Obama’s White House’s unlawful actions:

http://www.cnn.com/2010/US/08/23/stem.cell.funding

Use the above example to convince people that we can stop executive amnesty, at least for enough time to allow a more organized response, which is the purpose of these types of injunctions to begin with.

Uhhh..... can a court issue a finding on an action that may happen?

Wasn't that the gist of a Tom Cruise movie?

No, they can’t. That’s why I pointed out in the original post above that the EOs that harm have not yet been issued BUT US Citizenship and Immigration Services is acting as if they have been issued and that is UNLAWFUL!

Therefore, a pleading in federal court could BEGIN with the Draft RFP to shut it down and then AMEND the complaint if anything else comes up.

This approach shuts Obama down on his Executive Amnesty gambit. His attorneys would be forced into federal court to defend lawless actions and intentions.

The draft RFP action has already happened. It has already been released to the public for comment. It is illegal because there is no law that is the basis for its funding.

In other words the USCIS guy up in Vermont that is working the proposal is working on an unlawful proposal and he is interacting with the public illegally.

Here’s an analogy:

The City of Seattle puts out a draft proposal to use XYZ Company property for a toxic dump without consulting with XYZ Company and without approval from the the Seattle City Council. Do you think XYZ Company has a legal basis to go to court to shut down the proposal process? You bet they do!

You can contact him. Give him a call. Ask him who he thinks a good person would be to talk about this. He’s in Texas and if you’re in Texas, then you have all rights and preference to make inquiries.

Oh and it’s ‘injunction’ not ‘injection’.

Also the AG in TX could be a good person to talk to if you have a way to access him. It’s Abbott right?

I know I know! My spell check doesn’t pick up all my goofs either. Nothing beats proofreading and even then I sometimes miss things.

Thanks for the heads up. Methinks its long past time
to prosecute Obama as a paid agent of foreign govts.

COLLUSION, CONSPIRACY, EXTORTION
Obama is colluding w/ corrupt foreign federales, conspiring to
overthrow the US govt. Importing vast numbers of "separatist
pressure groups" to gang-up on vote-crazed pols into voting
$$$billions in foreign aid.

Guatemalan President Otto Perez warns the US will be
inundated w/ even more contagious illegals if billions
of US tax dollars are not handed over.

GUATEMALA CITY (Reuters) - The United States should provide billions of dollars to help Central American nations curb the flow of illegal migrants, Guatemalan President Otto Perez said, and his government warns the problem will get worse if Washington fails to help.

Fleeing violence, trying to reach relatives already in the United States or seeking jobs, record numbers of child migrants from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador have been stopped at the southern U.S. border this year, causing widespread alarm. Last month, the three countries pitched Washington an ambitious development plan to confront the issue.

They want to pump about $10 billion into the region to create jobs and lift living standards, with the bulk of funding coming from the United States, Perez told Reuters. He hopes the plan could come up with about $2 billion a year from 2015 to 2019, a sum he equated to roughly 10 percent of annual U.S. spending on border security and immigration enforcement.

"Now we understand it's not simply a question of the United States saying: 'Right, here's $2 billion a year for five years' for example - the governments of the three countries have to play their part too," the conservative Perez, who took power in early 2012, said in an interview late on Monday.

The US aid package would boost infrastructure and provide more jobs in all three countries, especially in areas that send large numbers of migrants to the United States, he added.

The three Central American governments are urging the United States to shoulder the lion's share of the costs, arguing that U.S. demand for illegal narcotics has fueled violence among drug gangs across much of the impoverished region.

"The United States has to support this, it has no other option," Guatemala's foreign minister, Carlos Morales, told Reuters. "If they don't support it, the crisis will kick off again, you can count on it."

Perez said he hoped the United States would put up about 60 percent of funding. "But we'll have to discuss it calmly and see what each individual country can do, and what can be achieved by common consent."

During meetings in New York in September, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told Central American officials he hoped Congress could approve about $300 million in funding, Morales said, noting the sum was "nothing" given the scale of the problem.

Central American leaders are due to meet Vice President Joe Biden on Nov. 12 in Washington to sound out U.S. support for their plan, Morales added.--SNIP--

"Quit it with the dishonesty."

Keep spinning like a Whirling Dervish if you like, but the fact of the matter is that the lack of Conservative participation in the 2012 election is the reason why Caliph Obama is still in office.

That's what happens when you nominate a congenital liar who also happens to be a Progressive Liberal like Mitt Romney and then expect the most politically educated portion of your base to dump their principles and "put some ice on that" and vote for this turd.

Wow, you'd think that GOP-E supporters such as yourself could have seen that one coming from a mile off!

Could you explain when was the high point of “conservative participation” and how far did it fall off in 2012?
